EULA - End User License Agreement

END-USER LICENSE AGREEMENT FOR GITS SOFTWARE
IMPORTANT - READ CAREFULLY: This End-User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you (either an individual or a single entity) and Ginstrom Information Technology Solutions ("GITS") for the GITS software that accompanies this EULA, which includes computer software and electronic documentation ("Software"). YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS OF THIS EULA BY INSTALLING, COPYING, OR OTHERWISE USING THE PRODUCT. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE, DO NOT INSTALL, COPY, OR USE THE PRODUCT.

1. GRANT OF LICENSE. Provided that you comply with all terms and conditions of this EULA, you are granted license to use the Software as follows. (a) You may install the software on an unlimited number of computers, owned or used primarily by you, provided only one copy of the Software is running at one time. For example, if you have a computer at home and another at the office, you may install the Software on both computers. (b) You may save as many backup copies of the Software as you like, to any media. (c) You may distribute copies of the Software, but you must not disclose or otherwise make known any registration keys provided to you by GITS or its suppliers.
2. RESERVATION OF RIGHTS AND OWNERSHIP. GITS reserves all rights not expressly granted to you in this EULA. The Software is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws and treaties. GITS or its suppliers own the title, copyright, and other intellectual property rights in the Software. The Software is licensed, not sold.
3. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES. GITS AND ITS SUPPLIERS PROVIDE THE SOFTWARE, AND SUPPORT SERVICES (IF ANY) AS IS AND WITH ALL FAULTS, AND GITS AND ITS SUPPLIERS HEREBY DISCLAIM ALL OTHER WARRANTIES AND CONDITIONS, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES, DUTIES OR CONDITIONS OF MERCHANTABILITY, OF FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OF RELIABILITY OR AVAILABILITY, OF ACCURACY OR COMPLETENESS OF RESPONSES, OF RESULTS, OF WORKMANLIKE EFFORT, OF LACK OF VIRUSES, AND OF LACK OF NEGLIGENCE, AND THE PROVISION OF OR FAILURE TO PROVIDE SUPPORT OR OTHER SERVICES, INFORMATION, SOFTWARE, AND RELATED CONTENT THROUGH THE SOFTWARE OR OTHERWISE ARISING OUT OF THE USE OF THE SOFTWARE. ALSO, THERE IS NO WARRANTY OR CONDITION OF TITLE, QUIET ENJOYMENT, QUIET POSSESSION, OR CORRESPONDENCE TO DESCRIPTION WITH REGARD TO THE SOFTWARE. THE ENTIRE RISK AS TO THE QUALITY, OR ARISING OUT OF THE USE OR PERFORMANCE OF THE SOFTWARE AND ANY SUPPORT SERVICES, REMAINS WITH YOU.
